VEC vs. PCM programming

Can someone tell me the differences between the two and why I would want one over the other?

Tehy both can give Great Dyno numbers but with the VEC 2 YOU can program anytime you want through a windows based softwear.

If the weather or elevation changes substantialy, you can make adjustment on the go with a VEC1.

I am not that far from West Coast Viper and I could always go back and have them make minor changes pretty easily once I have them do the initial programming.

No. I have a PCM I just had West Coast flash that I don't need anymore, and I can save someone some money by selling it to them.
