Vented Cowl

I am searching for a vented cowl - panel below windshiel wipers. Does anyone have any info on who makes these & a possible picture.

autoform but when you get it, remove the vents and repaint them properly mine have had the paint (black) flake off, i assume due to heat? i repainted them with high temp and no problem since
