It needs a reprogram of the BCM for the lighting issue and also needs the cooling fan module replaced.

I remember reading somewhere that when the computer gets flashed it's taking some power away? Is this true?

Cool link and it certainly suggests some questions you should ask. It's not conclusive on whether or not the work has actually been performed, however. I entered my VIN and it suggested that I still needed my cam sprocket bolts recall work performed, even though that work was done months ago by my Viper tech. Oh wait, I wonder if it means it should be done again? Hehe!
