Viper Club Suggestion

The Viper Club leadership poistions should end at a local level. There is no need for any VP, Pres, etc, etc......... positions. These high level jobs just inflate the egos of those in these positions and they do not provide any real value to the membership. The local club leaders can communicate together as needed. The magazine, web page and ocassional special events can be outsourced under the direction of the local club leaders. Dump all of the folks on top of our over managed club. We don't need them. Lets get back to the basics; the love of our Vipers and the great friends that we meet.

I like that! Cohort leadership without a centralized board. Voting can occur according to each local's paid membership total for said year (ie: local majority vote becomes electoral vote for that local).

With the ability to easily and rapidly communicate via computer, meetings and voting can be held online.
