I am not one for assumptions, but its clear in that video that
he tried to make the right hand turn and clipped the corner
(possibly hidden by snow.) Unfortunately, in a 25mph zone
he won't have much of a case - there's no way he carried
25mph across a snow covered yard into the house.
Considering he put at least 6inches of crumplezone into
effect I am guessing he had to be doing at least 40mph.
As for driving in the winter, I do it all the time - never once
had a problem (except for a friends 12% driveway he
didn't bother to plow.) The problem with real vipers and
Gen3-4s is that people buy them thinking that Dodge
designed them to save their lives if they do something
stupid. Its only during times like this they realize what a
non-TC,ESP,SC car is all about, unlike the vette, ferrari,
& porsche mindset they're coming from.
Inexperience.
