Great News! This really proves Dodge's commitment to Brand Viper. Much thanks to Mr. Gilles for keeping the dream alive!

The 2011 Dodge Viper Cup series champion will win an additional $10,000 cash award.
Dodge Motorsports also is reducing entry fees for series competitors by 43 percent from $1,400 to $800 per race in 2011.

Terrific for Dodge to keep it going and help out with the $$$. :2tu:

The reduced entry fees are BIG NEWS and should stimulate more partipants...... At the DVC series final, Ralph Gilles announced that Dodge would be keeping the 2011 DVC series alive, and the momentum would help seqway to the new Gen 5.....

Good Luck racers!

They should open it up to customer built cars and a few more guys would enter the events. There are a lot more track-built ACR's out there than seems apparent from this series. Maybe Jon-B, Mark and Bill P would enter....:dunno:

From a schedule planning point of view, it would sure help to know the yet-to-be-named-location-no-date-posted venue in April 2011 !!!
