Viper Days at Buttonwillow a Hit!!!!

For those of you who did not make it to the fIrst Viper Days of the 2009 season at Buttonwillow Raceway you missed the largest Viper Days event in California in history. Over 80 cars hit the track and more ACRs than you could count. The Challenge Series had an entirely new Driving School Curriculum and on track format and all new instructors for all drivers. These guys were good. The Viper Racing League offered an incredible race to watch with wire to wire finishes. The new owners promisd to put Corvettes and BMWs on the track with the Comp Coups and they did. What a race! What an exciting weekend!

Ben Keating in his Comp Coupe won the race on Saturday, I didn't see Sunday's race. It was exciting to see Michael Greenberg and Bernie Katz battling for position all race long especially around Sunset.
