Thanks to everyone at the Viper Days event. What a great time!
Count me in on the next one in early spring...
Anyone who missed Watkins....What a shame! That is some track!
And the Bonfire!?!?!?!?!!!!!! Now that, is something that should be mandatory at all future events. As a matter of fact, the event should revolve around the Bonfire. You'd know what I mean if you were there.

OH! Did anyone there happen to come across a CD Case with about 10-15 CD's in it? I lost one.

Thanks!

There were 2 bonfires!

I missed the first one and it was so good they decided to have a 2nd one on Monday night.

Since I have this fascination with fire.....

I want to know what happend to that 14" diameter log that got thrown on at 10PM. I guess it looked like the fire was going to go out in 3 or 4 hours so more wood was needed!

Another BIG THING at The Glen is the Garage Area!

Oh Baby, when the meet is over and you are fried, packing up your car in the cool, cool, garage is worth quite a bit. However, with a full attendance, garage space would accomodate about half the cars.

Did anyone notice leaving south, you went thru Sebring and Putnam something?

I left about 12, and the fire was still going strong. The marina was still there the next day, so I guess someone took care of it.

The garage space was definately a plus. Everything was very accomodating so we could concentrate on driving rather than any troubles. I'm looking forward to Mid-Ohio.....whenever that is.

One suggestion. The classroom should be converted to a massage room in between sessions. I think it would help relax the mind.

I've helped build a few myself. They were about 80 feet high, took 2 months to cut, haul and stack and 6 weeks for the embers to cool.

Bonfires and cutting wood just don't go together. Too much work!

The only way to do a bonfre right is palletts! They are already cut, have lots of space for air and you can get them free at a number of different places.
