Viper Drag Race Car in Houston, Anyone know about it?

92 Prototype Drag car being sold by a chassis shop. Looks like an abandon project associated with Hennessy. Has cage, tube chassis etc. Any history from the TX posse?

It is yellow, been cut up and the owner has a story for anyone that will listen. Was at Hennessy before TNT and was to have been built for a VOI. His story was the job was put on hold to make Hennessy look bad. The car needs doors and more. It has a solid rear Axle that would keep you from any competition Viper meets. The owner says that he has sponsors and would like to sell it and finish building it for the new owner. He says that it can be a 8 sec. car but the problem w/ this is that you will have to run in a class where cars are in the 6 to low 7 sec, so then what would you have but a slow viper. The owner seems real knowledgeable and a great person but long on wind like this post. He also wants it to be a TT motor.
