And it will 85% turn out to be the clockspring device, which is safe to drive, but too scary to be wrong 15% with a loose bolt. INSIST on FLAT BED (Roll-Back) trailer.....

Here's the update:

It turns out it was a loose bolt and it is all better now. I've been out driving around and everything is great!

Nevermind, I see that you got it fixed, next time just have the car flatbedded to Tator, even if its halfway across the country.
