Careful what you do with that video. I believe the insurance man would consider it "proof". In fact, why don't you send it to the insurance company when the Viper owner makes his "deer-ran-out-in-front-of-me-claim". Let him decide if he wants to work out a deal with the individual. I feel bad for the gentleman that wrecked his Viper and yes, your idea could save him a tremendous amount of money. However, that does not make it right. Wrecking a car while drag racing is a risk that the driver takes. Saying a deer hit you when it really did not is a just plain wrong.
