It was too hard to resist not taking her out to an empty parking lot for some fun. Before I headed out, I took some snap shots of the car in the driveway. It was 70 degrees outside yesterday here in Dallas, and snowing today. Gotta LOVE Texas :rolaugh:

I was always curious where the water would get thru the hood vents, so took a peak underneath:

Poor baby was probably freezing her HISS off. I would have loved to have gone to a parking lot too, but I don't think I would have been able to make it. Drove up to Ft Worth tonight for Christmas Eve dinner and had a hard time keeping my Avalanche on the road with all the crazies sliding from lane to lane. Merry Christmas to All ... and to all, a good night.

haha, she didn't take that long to warm up though :rolaugh:

btw, are you stopping straight :dunno:

Thankfully the roads to the local high school parking lot is fairly well travelled, so there wasn't too much ice to contend with on the way out. There was no straight stopping in the parking lot though :lmao:

Baby needs more exercise - rust on rotors on pic 2?

Tom, I took it to work the day before. That rust was just from sitting outside today, but it was gone as soon as I drove the car.

Yeah, we were all pretty happy to have a white christmas after standing around in shorts the day before
luckily the snow did not make it to east texas.. merry xmass malu

Merry Christmas Harvey!

Down here, we'd have to trash the car.

Trash the car?

That's abuse. I'll get back to you with what kind.

Meanwhile, the white hood vents were high and dry just to your south.
My baby is no garage queen, she's done me real proud for the last 22,500 miles.

Does the M3 like the warmth more? ;)

Glad to see you are using your car. 22K miles is a shocker. Keep having fun!

Haha, I keep the M3 like a show car (brother's car) and discourage him from driving it in the rain. Both of us put a combined 6,000 miles on that car in the last year! I guess I've got my priorities in the wrong place.
