I just saw the new red viper in a nes cafe commercial. Traffic cop is a matador and touches the car as it goes by.

Interesting commercial.

In this case the usually red cape is black, and the usually black bull is red.

The Matador touching the bull is something that is classic within the bull fighting world, as the Matador shows admiration and respect for the brave fighting bull.
