The Laguna Seca suite, for the ALMS race, required a min. payment of $8,000.00. At our monthly meeting (attended by approx 50 members) this event was discussed and there was no interest.

We also (N.VCA) contacted the Central and Southern California regions and asked if they would share in the finical risk. There was no interest in sharing the risk.

DC was contacted and advised that if we gave up the suite that is would be given to the next entity in the waiting list an they would have it until they gave it up. They were contacted to get a feeling on what plans existed if any, for Viper getting back into racing. DC's advice was to give up the suite.

The montly meeting provides a great opportunity to discuss event ideas.

yeah, unfortuntaley that event was cancelled. i wish i had known before they did that because it would have been nice to have had some input to the decision to release the suite.

I'm planning on attending the ALMS race, maybe those who aren't going to VOI would like to sync up none the less.

It would be great to get some info from prior coordinators on how to arrange preffered parking.
