I WAS a big supporter of this event and VERY excited. Don't get mad a me, because of someone else's screw up. I'm just one of the few who has the balls to call it like it is....a poorly planned event. Honestly, I'm going because I can't get my money back. I've already left two messages and sent a letter, to do just that, and what have I heard ....NOTHING

I bought tires just for this event. I hope this event turns out better than the customer service I've been getting. Here is a good idea, put me on the list of people to help get the event going next year.

The only bright side to this event is getting to meet up with Greg Good, Simms, RickSRT-10 and a handful of others.

I will call it right now. Saturday will ****, Sunday *might* be fun.....

Ok, guys. Got the final word, looks like will have to SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZE everything in on Sunday. The Gates open at 9 AM track goes hot at 10. I want to get the drivers meeting out of the way and have it at 9:45. At 10 AM, qualifying runs for the STSO until 10:50. Start the elimination at 11 AM. Work to be done by 12 AM. Then give from 12 AM to 2 PM to make practice runs for the main event and set-up the brackets. Start the racing at 2 PM until close. I apologize if this isn't what everyone wanted, but we did the best we could.

I am still going to go to the Need2speed day on Sat. and I believe Lee Saunders has a spot or two left if you want to get some seat time before the race.
I am looking forward to seeing everybody and kick the **** out of Josh and Richie on the Go-cart track

Just want to mention that the Street Tire Shootout final was damn close. Kelly against Ricky. Ricky won the STSO with a 10.45 against Kellys faster 10.42. Ricky treed Kelly and goes to show a lot of races are won right at the starting line!

But Kelly had the faster MPH at 151! So they both won

Kelly received $100 from CCW for the best MPH

Just want to mention that the Street Tire Shootout final was damn close. Kelly against Ricky. Ricky won the STSO with a 10.45 against Kellys faster 10.42. Ricky treed Kelly and goes to show a lot of races are won right at the starting line!

But Kelly had the faster MPH at 151! So they both won

I thought Kelly's car was faster then that. I thought he was supposed to run 9's like the UGR car? Still impressive times for Rick and Kelly, but Rick is at like 900 rwhp vs Kelly's 1300 or so. Was he running lower boost?

Not Rick SRT10, but another Ricky. I was on a 1/2 tank of pump/C16...less than 20 psi. Not to mention, my clutch went up in smoke in the top of 3rd. When I shifted to 4th, there was nothing there. So coasting to a 10.42 @151 tells me what I woulda coulda shoulda run.

Bummer. Yea, I was thinking the mph seemed high also, especially now knowing you were coasting. lol . Well , hopefully soon. Be great to see another Street Viper in the 9's on street tires.
