THE LAST CRUISE OF THE YEAR THIS WEEKEND!
Join the VA/MD VCA on the last cruise of the year through scenic Northern
VA. This 75 mile cruise has a perfect blend of historic townships, open
road, and mountain twisties to excite your senses. We'll end the cruise
at Don Pablo's Mexican Kitchen in Sterling.
Start Point: Ferrari/Maserati/Lamborghini of Washington just north of
Dulles Airport (see directions). If you enjoy Italian Exotics, bring your
camera. Time: We'll start gathering at 10:30 and depart promptly at 11:15.
There are no gas stations conveniently close to the Ferrari dealership but
we'll stop for gas after about the first 25 miles for a quick stretch and
gas for anyone who needs it. Directions to Ferrari of Washington:
From the DC Beltway: Take 495 to the Dulles Toll Road (exit 45A, $0.75 to
get on, $0.50 to get off). Exit the toll road at exit 9B, Rt 28 North to
Sterling. Go approximately 3 miles to the left exit onto Waxpool road
toward Pacific. Take your first right on Pacific and then a right on
Towlern Pl.
From Western MD: Take Rt 15 South through Point of Rocks to Leesburg.
Exit Rte 7 East towards Tysons Corner. Exit 28 south. Exit onto Waxpool
road (you'll see the Ferrari Dealership from Rt28.)
From points south:
95N to the capital beltway, exit 495W to Tysons Corner then follow
directions for DC Beltway above. or Rt. 28 North past Dulles Airport,
left exit onto Waxpool, Right on Pacific, Right on Towlern.

We had a cruise this past Saturday from historic Yorktown to historic Jamestown. Tom M set it up. Over a dozen participants and their nine Vipers took part. I'll see if I can get Tom to post pics.

Basically, we double-teamed Virginia that day!

Thanks! One of our newest members actually had a video camera on an external mount on the front fender of his SRT-10. I'm hoping he got some good footage that he can put together into a quick video, I'll put that up on the site as well.

I talked to Lee yesterday, and found out what a great time you all had -- Sorry I missed it, but this one should definitely be an annual event.
