VOI - 12 Event Club Shirts

Getting close to departure time....
It sure would be helpful to get the shirt sizes in order.
I hope to have some proofs tomorrow on the shirts.
We are considering two color shirts...Blue and Red
This way you will have one clean shirts for each Banquet dinner.
If you are attending VOI - 12 and want to purchase one or both shirts, I will need your size.
Let's not wait to the last moment....

First declaration.........................................Red or Blue or Both......?
Second declaration:...................................How many of the...... Red or Blue....?
Third declaration:......................................What size on which color shirt....?
Please answer all 3 questions......

Why two shirt colors ???
We are planning on wearing the Blue Event shirts on the first dinner night.
and then the Red Event shirt on the second dinner night.
Our club members will all be seated at the same table.
It sure looks really kool when we are all wearing the same color shirt.

The Blue shirts are going to be made by Holloway.
The Red shirts are being manufcatured by Charles River.

I need an accurate shirt count of the sizes.

I would like to place the order next week.
