That is over rated actually with just a few miles of it with tolls. For the VOI, TMS in Ft. Worth is awesome and we had a VCA zone event there a few years ago and it was a big hit.
Based on a rotation theory, I would say that somewhere in Texas may have a decent chance. What venues are available there that have a road course and a drag strip in one location like the last VOI had and decent hotels nearby?

TMS or Texas Motor super Speedway is in Ft. Worth with an abundance of nice hotels nearby. For the Viper event we had a really nice large hotel that was just a few miles from the track. It had a very large garage parking for the Vipers and a large parking lot out back for the trailers and transporters. Skip Barbers team was also there for instruction. The track is used for Nascar and IRL and has an infield road course which exits on to the oval. The oval portion is VERY long before braking back into the infield resulting in very high speeds! I cannot remember if there is a drag strip right on location but drag racing is real popular in the area so I would imagine one is close by.

LOL stay tuned! We did an event at COTA, and the roads around COTA are 85. Rumors were than someone hit 170 on the road, no one was on it. Friggin awesome...

voi13.com says coming soon...any idea when? With the possibility of it being earlier than September makes me think it might be "any day now", right? Work and the wife needs to know for scheduling reasons.

Eh screw it, we are in contract negotiation stage. It's in September, and it's in a state we have had a VOI before. Let the guessing begin.

Update: we have the contract with the track and the hotel nearly finalized. We are working with the Mayor's office of the host city, and they are SUPER excited to have us, so we will have some royal treatment. We have started route planning for the cruise.
The track and hotel are simply top-notch, and I am soooo excited for this, I hate the fact we have to keep it quiet for just a little bit longer....
Silver: No not August, can I sign up for a end of February date in the pool?

Get out your windshield wipers guys.
Even in normally bone dry Vegas we got rain. In Salt Lake City, the ride there and back was pretty intense. In Florida and Nashville the rain showed up.
Kind of like when Harley's go to Sturgis, you gotta expect some kind of weather.
We Viper owners are tough and resiliant.

Hi Guys, basically everything is in place. Finishing up the last few contract details now. I can say this should be an epic event, and as stated; worth the wait. There have been years where the announcement of full details has not been made until April, we should beat that timeline and hopefully have a save the date this week and full details in 2-3 weeks, maybe less. Please be patient, it is going to happen....
