Mike, ill be honest, youre going to have a very hard time finding one for 35k. In this market espect 43-48k for 20k+ miles, and 65-80 for one with under 5k miles.

Autotrader online, and hemmings online are good as well.

I recommend Craigslist, Cars.com, AutoTrader.com, or finding your local club. Someone in a club is always interested in selling theirs. Clubs tend to have people that care about them a bit more as well. Also, try one of the mechanics, they are good and knowing who wants to sell. Dan Cragin is the best. What state?

Hi Mike, I have a '97 GTS (basically the same as a '96) blue with white stripes for sale in Charlotte, NC. Its listed on Craigslist and cargurus. There are also links for 2 videos I've made of it. Not a perfect car but very nice. Upgraded: exhaust (3" stainless B&B), radiator, bushings, end links, inner and outer tie rods, silicone rad hoses, tires, fluids. Reasonably priced since it has 65k.
