I believe you are asking about the "Free" 7/100 powertrain warranty extension on New DC products. This is a program available through Dec. of 2001 and Vipers are included.
Disadvantages
1. Program over fairly soon.
2. Warranty extension can not be transferred to next owner.
Advantages
1. VIPERS ARE INCLUDED FOR A CHANGE.
2. You can increase coverage to a Maxcare contract for a reduced fee and then it can be transferred
Hope this is the answer you were looking for, and the standard 3/36 Ltd Bumper to Bumper factory warranty is still the same - except for Diesel trucks which get an extension on the Cummins.
