Im using MOTUL GEAR300 75w90. No problems for the past few thousand miles since installed. Thanks...Rich

Unitrax (where I bought my Wavetrac) recommended OEM fluid, which I'm using without problems (though only 3k miles so far...) The only thing to bear in mind is that you don't add the friction modifier...

I have the first Wavetrac that was installed in a Viper. Devin @ Unitrax did the install. They used the OEM fluid. I have 6000 miles on the Diff, 6 track days. The fluid was pretty cooked and I just had it changed.
Guess a few to many track days on the fluid. Anyway here is a write up I did on my diff install.
