What are y'all paying for an ACR?

I'm ordering a $136k ACR this week from my local dealer and he's already conceded invoice pricing without even asking at $128k, but I know from looking into Vipers a year or so ago that $140k GTSs were selling for $90k. I'm certainly not looking for a $50k discount on an ACR, but want to make sure I'm getting a good, or at least reasonable deal. My order sheet shows $4k HB (hold back??), $127k FFP (friends family pricing??) and $122k EP (employee pricing??). Are any of these reasonable for which to shoot or even expect? No reason to pay MSRP unless you just absolutely have to be the 1st on your block to own a Gen V ACR.
