Go for a test drive to show the dealer your interested then offer him less, like $34,000. Then let the dealer suggest a new price. Its just like buying a house. Have a viper member check the car out especially underneath. Look at the seals and transmission etc.
I'm sure its ok, it looks great in the pic's. Tell him your going to have to buy new tires. ($2000) Is it coming with the soft top? I may have been lucky, but I got my 2000 RT/10 with 3,400 miles for less than $35,000 because I haggled with the dealer. I actually left dealership after making offer than the next day called back and added $1500 to offer. I almost died when they called back and said its yours.
