what does Roe charge for a pulley

Does anyone know what Roe charges for an 8 lb pulley. I owe someone on this site an 8 lb pulley which they graciously loaned me but for approximately 3 months now Roe has not had any pulleys. We have agreed that he will simply accept payment which I'd like to do today but Roe isn't open and I dont know how much to put in his paypal account.
