What exaust setup do you have...

and how would you rate it? I'm trying to make my car really loud but not with a drone or anything...don't want it sounding like a cut off or anything. Therefore I am decideing between:
1) Corsa track exaust (save some money and do another mod but not sure if it will be loud enough)
OR
2) Belanger SRT-10 Exhaust Package (I'm assuming this package is crazy loud....but is it a nice loud where people say only a Viper can sound like that or is it like a 5L stang with no cats or muffler?)
OR
3) you guys mix and match

We do have aircare here so I can't remove the cats...gotta pass emissions.

Remove one set of cats, lose the crossover, and put in a Borla XR1 muffler with 3" pipe. Great sound!!

dhady- I have the random tech hi-flow kitties (from johnnie b) they are like feathers,lost the 4 stockers & the crossover. Great heat reduction & the sound is VERY LOUD. On my 04 I had the entire belanger system,when I would start it would sound like a explosion. tHE SET-UP ON MY 05 IS ALMOST AS LOUD. i AM A HAPPY SNAKESTER. cALL ME i WILL FIRE IT UP FOR YOU.sorry about caps.,to lazy to retype.Paul 425-347-1281 almost forgot I have the Corsa track exhaust!

was the entire belanger system on your 04 that you have already sold???

What I get from what your saying is you have random tech hi flow cats, with a corsa track? No cross over and the stock 4 cats are gone....will this pass emossions (not sure if ours are more strick then california but would they pass cali emissions?) Also do you have headers? If not your car with the random tech headers w/ corsa is just as loud as your entire belanger system?

You can purchase the 04 entire belanger system only if you call Billie Pemberton at Woodhouse .Traded the 04 in on a#47 VCA Snake. I live in WA. state ,am fairly certain I could get it through emmisions. Concenus is the headers dont give that much bang for the $,I agree with that. I too like loud & the 05 fits the bill.

A few questions for you...
1) Does your 05 have headers if so what kind?
2) Is your 04 just as loud as your 05 with STOCK headers?

Belanger SRT-10 Exhaust Package is the way to go and its really not that loud, which was my big concern. They can make a custom muffler which is quite big and reduces the crazy loud sound which is what I have. I own a few harleys and it has that deep resonating sound..... I was quite surprised by the the sound.
