What headers?

Unless those are slip joints at the collector allowing those tubes to slip out of place.

The headers were advertised as Belangers but I thought they seemed more like B&B's. I wasn't sure about the exhaust connections. Perhaps a v-clamp here? The exhuast tubes had similar flanges.

These are Belangers. 3 pieces per side on Gen 2.

Belangers have head flanges. Those don't look like they have head flanges.

They look like B&B's, it appears to be a V band clamp that holds the 90 deg turnout on there. I can't tell how the primarys are attached to the collector in that pic but you can see that they do swivel like the B&B's.
