It had to due with a deformity on the driver side of the hatch. It was caused by a faulty mold which made a 2-3 " bubble. Fortunately for me, mine seems to be fine. There were 5 cars that he knew of that had this issue.

Don't know what happened to my post seemed very fishy though, I had a whole bunch of replies and all of a sudden it disappeared. Check my new posting, I'm just waiting for someone to help me post my pics. I don't know how.
