What is the problem with Gen 4 seat deformation?

Over a year ago I had my driver's seat on my 09 begin to deform--it would curve inward from the left side to the mddle making it almost impossible to drive. When I took it in my Viper tech told me had replaced seats in the past with the same problem. It took months to get a new seat and I had to enlist the help of Prez Chris.

Flash forward to my new FE 2010 --one of the last built-- SAME problem. I am not sure who supplies the seats (Johnson?) but I would have thought they would correct the problem or change suppliers. I guess the wait begins again.....

Maybe the problem is they changed suppliers for the 09-10 model years? 41,000 plus miles on my Blue/White 08 with no seat issues, and I weigh 200 pounds. Good luck!
