What is this 2017 Viper ACR accessory?

My buddy just bought a 2017 Viper ACR and they gave him the entire accessory kit. Jacket, car cover, etc. There is this black neoprene thing with red stitched Viper logos. What the heck is this? Almost looks like a wristwatch cover or something as it has a clear plastic window. Anyone else get this in their accessory package?

Not sure there was an accessory package. Never heard of it.
As far as the watch cover goes, when I did plant pickup for my ACR everyone with me was given the Viper watch cover, protective glasses and a few other items that workers in the plant were supposed to wear.

Thats new to me too. Never heard of an "accessory package," even from
a dealership, but I gotta say Ive never seen one of those before in my
life... it does look like some kind of watch protector doesnt it?

Wonder if the idea is you wear it over your watch so you don't scratch your paint while working on the car?

It is a watch protector. They were given out at the plant during factory deliveries along with belt buckle protectors and ring protectors. Very nice touch by Dodge
