And it looks like it's too low in fluid. Which if it's like my car means that now you have air in your system and need to burp it. The procedures are on this VCA board site.
Please post a couple more pics of how the bumper is mounted to the frame...I always have wanted to see exactly how the backetts mount the bumper/facia to the frame. Maybe a view from the top and one from the front center...

And where do you find burping instructions at? The archives doesn't have anything. My coolant in the engine compartment is full but not the overflow.
Yes, bumper reinforcement is fiberglass in back as well. Except..... on '92's and some '93's on which they are aluminum. Change was made to reduce weight.
