What size are my nuts?

What size are the nuts that hold the sports bar on for a 98 RT/10? I can't get the soft top off and need to lossen them.

Just measured mine and they look to be about standard size, though one might be just a tad larger than the other.

why cant you get your top off? Usually, you will get your nuts off while driving.
