What temp does your gauge read when you are running ******* a road course?

My temp gauge was on the next to last hash mark last time I was on the track. The one in the middle of the 3 at top center and before the red. Granted it was a hot day, but is that normal?

Thanks Hemi,

I figure that the hash mark 3/4ths through the dial is about 225. So I am pretty much where I should be.
