Ok maybe someone can finally clear this up for me...

but from my understanding, in Europe, the GTS-R's eventually had to have two of their cylinders pretty much disabled from their V10's and were turned into V8's. Zakspeed (I think) built an ACR with a V8 for use in the 24hr Nurburg race.

So while it's nothing new, for me atleast, to see a Viper with a V8 (and I'm assuming that's an LS1) the part that really surprises me is the fab between the front fascia and the hood. I would hate to find out how much it would cost to replace something like that, but it is quite amazing!

Also does this guy love GTS-R's or what? He's got every detail, even the Prowler mirrors!

The color looks great. Nice fab work which appears to be done right the first time from the photos...no hatch-it job here!

This car is home made !
It´s not even a Viper body on it, it´s just a copy of a real Viper.
The car is built and driven here in Sweden on trackdays and on streetcars event and so on.
The powerplant is a Chevy with twin turbos.
I can try to find out more information for you if you want´s me to ?

We have alot of fun stuff here in Sweden! :) because we have so long and cold winters here that we need to have something to do when it´s cold and dark outside !

I found a link to the builders homepage.
HALLENBORG.SE

To look at pictures on the build just click where it says "byggbilder" on the right side of the homepage !

That thing started out as an 84 Corvette. That has to be the most incredible piece of work I've seen someone do. That's unbelievable, it looks like a kid did all the work. How the heck did he get the body lines so perfect?

WOW!! Awesome fabrication, especially for an 18 year old kid. Love the stack of pallets for jack stands.
