What was the last year for factory Viper promo cars?

Rememebr them? The plastic Viper (although all models were available at the time) 1/24 promo cars that were available through your local dealer? What was the last year that they were available?

I know they were available up until 1997 as I have all from 92-97, but were any made after that?
