What\'s 2000 Factory Paint Composition?

Does anyone know exactly what a 2000 Viper is painted with?

I suspect it is some kind of water base unobtainium.

Why?

I scratched my clear coat pretty good and want to fill the scratches with the clear that the factory uses, then rebuff.

I would also like to know what brand of paint was used. My old car had Sikkens, but awhile back I asked what paint was used on 00 ,and no one responded. Surely, Jon B must know.....
