I would not take less than $35k, I would start at $40k and see where that goes.

Re: What\'s it worth?

Are you kidding? For a RED (early - antenna) '93?

With the wheels, autoform equip, condition. $35 should be easy.
I sold one for my friend a while back with more miles, a few minor cosmetic blemishes, 100% stock, for $35k.
2 from my area('93, '94) went for $33k and no-where near the car described.
I think it would go for $33k on Ebay! :D

I could be wrong!

We'll see, but don't underestimate the POWER of the Viper! :p

OK, that's enough, let's meet up and fight! Man to Man, mano e mano, etc...

Looks like that won't sell here for $35k! :p

I give in, will you take $30k cash for it??

Spring is about here.... this one is spot on based on what I see selling in the VCA classifieds, last one sold for 38K. A good clean Gen I side pipe car is getting harder to find and buyers of Gen I RT's WANT hards tops and V-Mania windows. Wheels are a personal pref, the three spoke Gen one wheels are still the ones that say "Viper" to many. The fact it is an antenna car is a plus to many (if the head gaskets are OK, or have been done).... this is the Viper equivalent of the Carry-Over 65 Shelbys.

Adam96, If prices are going down, it certainly is not showing in the cars selling in the classifieds.

'93s are 12 years old and slightly past the bottom of the depreciation curve. They'll slowly climb in value back up to the original MSRP over the next 8-10 years. Then selling prices will rise more agressively after that.

Sorry dude, got several offers north of $35k for my pristine Gen I with identical extras but slightly higher miles... and that was in the dead of winter...

PS- I decided to keep it.

Send them my way - I'd part with it for 35k.

Re: What\'s it worth?

I understand that gen 1's with side exhaust have their niche..Hey if one is patient enough and the car is clean Im sure he will sell her for close to what he wants..it just takes time finding the right buyer..thats all..I only meant in my comment that the car wouldn't sell fast at the higher end of the prices discussed above.. good luck either way shes a beauty!

Re: What\'s it worth?

My best response seemed to be from Autotrader. Folks who found it there seemed to be "less educated" about the Viper market, and hence more prone to be willing to play ball at "premium price" levels.

On a side note, having the car for sale was scary, I felt like I was fielding offers on one of my children, hence my keeping it!
