What\'s up with all the crashes?
Hey gang, been intently reading for the last 5 months and in search of my snake Canada side, hoping to snag one over the coming months when the right car comes along!
Just thought I would get some input as to all the mishaps happening out there with many members as of late?
It would seem that anyone that spends time on this site is a cut above other Viper owners in at least hearing others opinions on what the car can handle and when, but I was wondering this:
When driving this car around town, moreso in areas that have few if any Vipers, which would be my situation when I find one, is the attention from other drivers that intense at times that you have drive on the defense beyond normal in anticipation that maybe the other driver is gawking at your car to the extent that they blow stop signs, wander into your lane, etc.?
Just wondering, thinking maybe cruising in a Viper is comparable to driving a motorcycle as far as predicting what everyone around you might do?
The cold weather issue is a dangerous mix yet I recall a few members getting T-boned by others that seem to be oblivious to what's a happening around them?
Any input would be great, does driving a Viper mean changing your driving style??? (assuming you have experience with fast cars apart from the physical differences, ie ride height!!!)
Never have seen a post on this, thought I would toss it out to the gang as I watch the snow fall.......
Take care,
Ryan
