Never over 12 posted unless on a major open highway. I try really hard never to go over 80 under any circumstance, but testosterone gets to me sometimes.

The Car, however, sometimes just WANTS TO GO!!

In a world without limits and laws, I would always drive at +15 to +20 over the posted limit when SAFE, RADAR/Laser on, dry track, broad daylight, no traffic, no side gusts, animals on the road, no potholes, etc.
