when to get hd half shafts?

how much hp are the stock half shafts good for when drag racing?? IM already in high 11s and going to get a nirous/propane kit from btr soon...should i go ahead and upgrade or wait till the stock ones break?

Tom will tell you no question its a must if your running with a race tire E.T. street, etc. I would order them from Tom at BTR the same time you get your Nos/propane.

It is good insurance to have the upgraded shafts. I will be selling my Unitrax shafts......I had a u-joint break, the shafts are gone to Unitrax and will be checked out and in perfect shape if anyone is interested. I am stepping up to the best Unitrax shafts (about twice the $$$)
