its not an easy sell in this economy. i would put it out everywhere and the first one with cash in hand wins. even better for you if you do meeting times at 2 nights a week where buyers have to look at it at the same time. creates a little competition and fear of underbidding.

Thanks guys...I am taking more pics this weekend for the existing ad. Even though the market is soft, I think it is priced very well..
