George is very good person to work with. Can't go wrong with advice from George. Give him a call. You don't have to replace the wheel. It can be sent out to be repaired for ~100.00.

Call JonB at Parts Rack. He either has the parts you need or will be able to direct you.

Regarding closing the hood, it can easily be closed by one person. I do it all the time. Simply make sure that the hood rollers are in the tracks before applying pressure on the front.

I'm curious, where was the car located?
