Actually, as of May 11th you were not listed as a VCA membership, as it had expired and you did not renew yet. Easy fix: Call 800-998-1110, renew your membership and we will get you set up to view the VCA Member forum right away! Look forward to seeing you there...

Murci - you can get in as we verified your VCA membership by cross-referencing your name - although you don't have any other information listed in your private profile such as your VIN or VCA member number. Your title has been changed and from your e-mail addy we will assume you are in the New York / Connecticut region.
BLWNGTS - Your VIN checked fine but your membership is expired, assuming the name on your profile is correct. We updated your title accordingly. Be sure to call VCA HQ to renew! 800-998-1110.
