Love them both, and I hate to admit it, but I honestly think the new Vette is a bad-ass looking car (even better than the Viper of any Generation), but I just personally prefer the "edgy" styling. I think Chevy hit a complete homerun on the C7, and I'm sure the Z versions are going to look absolutely insane!
However, I will say that my opinion of how good the C7 looks will fade as they begin to show up on every street corner like Vettes do. If that wasn't the case, I'd already be in one. I just don't have the spare cash to add one while it's the "new" thing and then get slapped on re-sale value after they're all over the place.
For now though, damn that thing looks good!!!

Didn't expect the C7 to hold its own against the Viper, but that is one good looking Vette. Perfect color combination too.

Man how things have changed over the years. If you would have mentioned purchasing a Vette on this forum back in the day, you would have gotten blasted. How times and people have changed.........

Yeah, all of the "old folks" who no longer post or visit this forum anymore (for obvious reasons) would be "turning over in their graves" after reading about other Viper owners congratulating someone on the purchase of a vette ON THIS FORUM!!!

I'll chime in with some of that old school vette hating! Btw congrats on the cars, both are spectacular

I feel that the new vette looks a bit chubby and like it's trying too hard from the factory. I had 2 C5 corvettes and liked them a ton except for the cheap interior and that you see one every 30 seconds on the road. I think the C6 Z06 and ZR1 especially turned out amazing. I do not like the camaro looking rear of the C7. It seems like everyone is freaking out about them though so that's all that matters for GM. I don't know which car came out first but the front end and headlights of the new viper and vette are identical. Then the vette tries to look like an exotic the rest of the way. Attention grabbing yes, good looking I'm not sure on some of the features

This!!! I could never get used to it:omg:

Live driving the new Vette!!!

Viper/Vette I like supporting the American work force. The only car that wasn't built in the USA was my wife's Cayenne.

Not to point out anything .....but I swear BMW didn't start building Z4 cars in the USA....lol
Just busting balls......nice line up of cars!

Only problem is GM will destroy the car by building 50,000
yea,but they will sell all of them-not make a thousand cars and have half of them sitting around unsold-lets face it,there are still 2010 vipers brand new on the lots for sale and they are 4 years old
