I need to get moving on deciding what shock, spring combo to use to lower my car.
The Motons look good, but real pricey. What other options are available? What have you guys used?
Manny what did you decide on?

Aldan's have worked very well for me on several Vipers in the past. They are very adjustable, and of decent quality.

You can lower the car, front and rear, and adj. the compression and rebound.

If you have any questions about them give me a shout.

Can someone explain the switchover process to Aldans? Can any competent alignment shop do the process without special tools and knowledge?

The change over is very simple, at least the front ones are. The rear is something that you will want the alignment shop to do, as they will need to disconect one of the A-arms. They must have a spring comp. to remove the shock fork on the old shock. This is if you have an SRT.
