I would have been a member 2 years ago when I first found this site.
Filled out the paper work and have never got around to sending it.
The web site would be sooo much nicer.

I concur. I would have been member two years ago also. In fact I faxed my info in and still have not heard anything, so I am trusting everything is fine. It was not a money issue but instead a pain in the a.. issue of printing and sending.

I just called them on the phone and asked if I had to mail in the form and they told me no, it could be done over the phone, I gave my credit card number, they gave me a VCA membership number.
