I need a soft top for my 94 rt/10 and found one for sale, but it is from a 95. The owner said it will fit 95 to 2002???? Is that correct? What years will fit my car if this one won't?? and how much should I pay if it is in good condition. Thanks Brett

It should, but Adam is right! Talk to Chuck. 94-95 the same (I think), 96 unique, and 97 through 00 (I believe) will fit. Call chuck, 914-763-3136.

According to the parts manual I have it depends on what month your car was built.
From Jan. 1993 to 4/28/93 the top part # is HS53LX9 and lists for $2000.00
From 4/29/93 to 6/22/94 the part # is JU70MX9 and lists for $1650.00
From 6/22/94 to 1997 the part # is MB69PX9 and lists for $1800.00.. I don't know
if the price difference is just the materials the top is made of or the latches are different.

Thanks Chuck and everyone else!! I guess it has to be 94 only? If anyone has a lead on one, please let me know. I have the hard top, but would rather drive without a top. I'm just afraid I will get caught in the rain so I alway's leave the hard top on, plus washing the car is kind of a trick without a top!!

Viper 94 Contact Mike [email protected] He had a new top for sale on e-bay that did not sell. I negotiated to buy the top for $1000.00 but I have not been able to come up with the funds. I need tires first. Hope it works out for both of you.

I thought 94 and 95 only differed in the front pins which can be changed out. I would contact Jon "the year matters" B as he should be familiar with the differences.

yes, the pins in the front are differant (the lenght varies) You can swap these out but its a pain. Contact Vipermaina as we went thru this with my hardtop too (I have a late 94)

Viper SRT and dansauto are both correct - the front pins are the only difference - longer on the 94. I went thru this when I purchased a 95 hardtop for my 94. The front pins on the hardtop were much shorter. I contacted Mike T. at Northwind Engineering and he was extremely helpful in getting me the correct pin length. Very nice person to do business with!! My hardtop fits very securely. The pins on the soft top are easier to remove/install than the hard top pins. Good luck!! :D
