Will these 545R HRE'S fit my gen 1?

A friend of mine wants to sell me his HRE 545R rims.

They were on his gen 3.

They are 19 front and 20 inch rear.

345 rear and 295 front.

I was looking at my stock rims and tire size(335) and it looks like there is about a pointer finger depth(a little over 1/2 inch) from the actual rear rim lip and the little bar with the bump stop piece on it for the suspension to bottom on I assume.

Will these rims and tires fit?

With or without a wheel spacer of some kind?

Also, anyone have the weight of the stock chrome 3 spoke 17s vs these hre rims?

What is the wheel width?
Offset, front, rear?

You CAN use stock Gen 3 wheels, without knowing what the HRE's are, difficult to tell....

they should fit without a prob. its the other way around thats usually the prob. gen 2 hre or wheels because of small rear brake caliper wont fit on gen 3 because of larger rear caliper.
