I know the wiper motors are from the Caravan rear wiper, however, I believe the controller is specific to car.

There is likely NOTHING wrong with the wiper controller........99.99% of the time a wiper-motor is at issue, and the INSANE wiper is the good one......the SANE wiper is the bad one. Why? The functioning controller 'fixes' the bad motor while ignoring the good motor.
