Windshield Wipers Sword-fight

I just bought a 97 GTS, and sure enough the day I purchased it I drove through some rain for about 45 min on the way home. They worked fine until minute 44 they had a sword fight on the highway. Having the same exact issue with the twitchy passenger motor, so I'm looking to replace the driver side wiper motor. However, I can't find a wiper motor anywhere. Any ideas or points of contact?

Since the motors were originally minivan motors of that era (bunch on eBay) maybe start there? Or maybe Jon B could set you up with some. I'd buy a few if I found them. Good luck.
