Winter Works Part 2: Front Fascia

Hi again

Winter months are long in Austria.
So i made some mods....
Second one was the Front Fascia.
Because my Front Fascia was so flabby an warped
i made some reinforcments by aluminium sheetmetal.
Here are some pics:

so bad it looked before i startet

this was the aluminium sheetmetal i used

first step: U-formed sheetmetal

second step: L-formed sheetmetal

reinforcement of under spoilerlip (behind)

reinforcement of under spoilerlip (front side)

Detail (i used a 5x20mm flat alu rail)

pic of the "front fascia colling kit" (one piece insted of 3)

already painted

ready to reinstall on car....

More than one way to skin a cat, it seems...Dave also fixed his fascia a while back. I think it's in the DIY section.
